Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the padu44 online gaming and sports betting platform, including its website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by padu44 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "you", "your", "Member") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and padu44.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the padu44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You have not previously had an account with padu44 suspended, closed, or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of the Company, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are aware that gambling involves financial risk, and you are gambling voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility criteria are satisfied. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the padu44 Platform, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to your account:

4.1 One Account Per User. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under the same name, different names, or using multiple devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, padu44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and permanently forfeit all balances and bonuses without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment method details. padu44 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify padu44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification. padu44 may, at its discretion and as required, request that you complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. This may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time frame may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your Account.

4.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee or closure, following advance notice where practicable.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on padu44 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern deposits made to your Account:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. padu44 currently accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the Platform:

5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are drawn from payment accounts or instruments registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of your account and reversal of the deposit.

5.3 No Credit Facilities. padu44 does not extend credit to any Member. All gambling must be conducted using cleared funds available in your Account. The Company does not facilitate the use of borrowed money for gambling purposes.

5.4 Processing Times. Deposits made via local Malaysian banking channels and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation of successful payment. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, which may vary.

5.5 Failed Transactions. padu44 is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues with your bank, payment provider, or network. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your payment source but not credited to your Account, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. padu44 reserves the right to direct withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method at its discretion.

6.2 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. padu44 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You must ensure that your account details and identity documentation are current and accurate to avoid delays.

6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for eligible MYR bank transfers and e-wallets. Processing times may vary based on the payment method, account tier, and any additional verification requirements. Gold and VIP Diamond tier members receive prioritised withdrawal processing.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as published on the Platform's cashier page and subject to change with reasonable notice. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.

6.5 Wagering Requirements. Funds originating from bonus credits remain subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full. Real-money balances that have not been commingled with bonus funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification and minimum withdrawal conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

padu44 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible accounts only. padu44 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity window.
• The maximum permitted bet while bonus wagering is in progress is as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games typically contribute 10% to 20%. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a financial instrument, credit facility, or binding offer of monetary value outside the scope of these Terms.
• padu44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already claimed and being actively wagered by eligible members will remain honoured for the stated validity period.
• Where multiple promotions are available, only one promotion may typically be active per account at a time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other users — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on padu44 is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable Game Rules. In the event of any conflict between specific Game Rules and these Terms, the specific Game Rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.

8.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Member. Confirmation of acceptance is indicated by the Platform's acknowledgement of the bet.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in a game or bet outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, padu44 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the staked amount to the Member's Account. This applies equally to errors resulting in significantly mispriced odds in sports betting markets.

8.4 Maximum Winnings. padu44 may impose maximum single-session or single-bet winnings caps as published on the Platform. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum may be reduced to the applicable cap at the Company's discretion.

8.5 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets, padu44 reserves the right to suspend betting on any event, revise odds prior to bet acceptance, and settle bets in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In cases of abandoned or postponed fixtures, bets will be settled in accordance with padu44's specific sports betting rules, available within the sports section of the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the padu44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one Account, either personally or in conjunction with others.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any non-human process to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to defraud other Members or the Company through any means.
• Accessing or attempting to access other Members' accounts without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using another person's Account.
• Any conduct that padu44 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

Intellectual Property

All content on the padu44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, trademarks, and any other proprietary materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its respective licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without prior written authorisation from padu44.

The padu44 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

padu44 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Members. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

padu44 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. However, no online system is entirely immune from security risks, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation when using the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

padu44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. The following tools are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure notifications to alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions provide a summary of time spent and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be requested without formal self-exclusion.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, padu44 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming or betting outcomes, whether or not the game or market was affected by a technical error that has since been rectified.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures resulting in the inability to place or manage bets during a sporting event or gaming session.
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised account access not caused by padu44's negligence.
• Inaccuracies in match data, statistics, or live odds feeds sourced from third-party providers.
• Any regulatory action taken against a Member in their jurisdiction for use of the Platform in contravention of local laws.

The Platform and all services thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. padu44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation of the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

padu44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to your registered address where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page under "Last Updated". You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through the dispute resolution procedures maintained by padu44.

15.1 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, you are encouraged to contact padu44's customer support team to seek informal resolution of any dispute. The majority of account and transactional issues can be resolved promptly through direct engagement with our support team.

15.2 Formal Complaints. If your complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to padu44 at the contact details provided in Section 16. padu44 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 28 days.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
